The Sports Anchor and Reporter for Fox 46 Charlotte joined Kyle Bailey on the Clubhouse to give his main takeaways from the Panthers loss from the Bears, and if too much blame is being put onto Teddy Bridgewater for the loss.
Josh first discussed the latest with the stay-at-home order for the Panthers as the plan remains to return to normal practice tomorrow as Josh also told Kyle that being in the intensive protocol for COVID-19 might have hurt the Panthers getting ready for the Bears game last week as he said Matt Rhule wouldn't say it, but he thinks the lack of practice that the team had last week was bothering him.
Kyle then asked Josh if the blame on Teddy after Sunday's game is too strong for him as Josh said it had to be more of the totality as Matt Rhule said it was a combination of pressure, and receivers just not getting open against the Bears secondary.
Kyle also wanted Josh to weigh in on the roller coaster season that third year WR D.J. Moore has had so far as Josh said:
"At this point in year 3, we want him to be more consistent. At some points we see him making a fantastic play down the sideline and running guys over and then the next play he would drop an easy pass and that's is what's frustrating. You want to see more of consistency to a guy that we were hoping to be the number 1 wide receiver because we see what Calvin Ridley is doing in Atlanta and we know that D.J. could be at that level, but he needs to show the consistency."
