The former Carolina Panther turned Director of High School Relations for the North Carolina Tar Heels Football Program Kevin Donalley joined Kyle Bailey today to give his thoughts on the last few weeks for the Panthers, and the chance the Heels have to sweep the state this year.

Kevin started the interview by discussing what it means to learn how to win as Kevin said with younger teams it could be something as small as mental errors that could make a difference which leads to penalties as once players are absolutely sure what they are doing could be the difference in games like this for the Panthers.

Kevin also loved how the Panthers coaching staff came up with solutions to combat the defending Super Bowl champs in Kansas City as they went toe-to-toe with them by taking calculated risks. Kevin also told Kyle that the culture being developed this year is the mst important thing the Panthers need to do this year as they already have built a culture which has Kevin excited for the future.

Before the end of the interview, Kevin discussed how much the Tar Heels football team has learned this year and he is starting to see this team playing more complete games as Kevin also told Kyle how big it would be for the Heels to win the State Championship this year.
