Hornets draft pick Grant Riller joined Nick Wilson and Stan Norfleet and discussed his draft night experience and what he brings to the Hornets.
He discussed his draft night experience.
“Well I was talking to my agent all night and he felt I was going to slip a little bit in the draft and I was fine with that… I feel like I have more maturity then other prospects and I am not going to take this opportunity for granted…”
He gave his thoughts on what his roll would be on the Hornets and what his strengths are.
“Haven’t got to that yet but I trust this coaching staff in Charlotte to put me in the best position and use me where they see fit… I think my strength is putting pressure on the defense…I am a guard that can crate for myself and for others…”
