According to multiple reports, Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence has tested positive for COVID-19 just days before his team's scheduled game against Boston College.
Lawrence, considered the favorite to become the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, is having another monster year for the Tigers. The junior has compiled 83 touchdowns passes while leading Clemson to a 35-1 record over his three seasons to date.
Clemson released a statement saying he is experiencing mild symptoms and will not be available for this weekend's game.
