Chicago, Ill. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills got blown out in the "Windy City" on Sunday night, falling 38-0 to the Chicago Bears in the second preseason game for both clubs.
Here are my Arrows Up and Arrows Down, starting Down for the second-straight week after the Bills fell to 0-2 this preseason:

ARROW DOWN:
Pretty much everything
In all honesty, if I tried to list everything that deserved an Arrow Down, this column would read longer than a supermarket receipt for a family of five.
Whatever could go wrong, did. Too many players, position groups, and units played poorly.
The Bills were out-gained an incredible 528-180 in total offense.
They gave up 31 first downs.
They went 0-for-8 on third down.
The list goes on...
I will note a few other specifics, but I could certainly write a lot more.
S - Cole Bishop
Bishop played one series then exited the game. But on that series, he missed bringing a receiver down after the catch, and then was caught out of position on a long pass play.
OT - Ryan Van Demark
Van Demark had a rough night. He was called for two-straight false start penalties on the Bills' very first offensive series. He was also beaten a couple times from his left tackle spot.
WR - Elijah Moore
Moore dropped two balls that hit him clean in the hands. The first was on a tunnel screen to the outside, and the second was a short pass over the middle.
QB - Mike White
White was under pressure a few times and had two balls dropped, but he also missed a couple throws he should have been able to connect on. He finished the night going 4-of-11 for 54 yards.
Penalties
The Bills committed 10 penalties for 96 yards against.

ARROW UP:
P - Brad Robbins
Robbins was one of the lone bright spots for the Bills, punting six times, pinning two of them inside the Bears' 20-yard line and averaging 40.8 yards net per-punt.
RB - Frank Gore Jr. (except for the fumble)
Gore continued where he left off in the first preseason game, popping off a couple nice runs and runs after catch. He finished with eight carries for 51 yards (6.4 yards per-carry) and four catches for another 30 yards for a total of 81 yards from scrimmage.
If it weren’t for a fumble inside the Bears' red zone, it would have been a terrific night for him.
DB - Jordan Hancock
Hancock led the Bills with eight total tackles, including one for a loss.
He was injured in the third quarter and didn't return, but played well in his limited time after replacing Bishop. Could it even be well enough to start pushing Bishop for a starting role?
