Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills have declared three players out of Thursday night's contest with the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.
Tight end of Dalton Kincaid (hamstring), wide receiver Curtis Samuel (elbow/neck), and wide receiver/returner Mecole Hardman (calf) will not play in the game.
Defensive tackle Phidarian Mathis (shoulder) has been listed as questionable, but no other players carry an injury designation.
Head coach Sean McDermott told WGR on Wednesday he doesn't expect Samuel or Hardman to have long-term injuries, but did call them week-to-week.
For the Texans, they declared starting quarterback C.J. Stroud and starting safety Jalen Pitre out due to concussions. That means quarterback Davis Mills will get his third-straight start for Houston.
