Allen: The Bills played "resilient" in dominant victory over Jets

Bills quarterback Josh Allen addressed the media following his team's 30-10 blowout victory over the New York Jets.

East Rutherford, NJ. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills took down their division rivals, once again at MetLife Stadium. As Josh Allen stated in his postgame presser, they beat the Jets in "resilient" fashion.

Allen did not have any flashy "Josh Allen-style" stats whatsoever in Sunday's beatdown of the Jets, completing 14 passes on 25 attempts for 148 yards.

However, an injury to Josh Allen's nose kept him sidelined for a few plays in the first half, giving backup quarterback, Mitchell Trubisky some reps. Allen eventually did return to the contest and discussed with the media about the injury.

"I don't know what hit me. If it was a knee, a hand, somebody's helmet just kind of came down right on the bridge of my nose and just started leaking.", Allen said.

Allen mentioned the resilience of the team, both offensively and defensively, and discussed what they learned from their previous contest against the Ravens on Sunday Night Football.

"We're resilient, you know, we went out there and learned for from some mistakes that we had last week. Now, again, we're gonna have to watch this film. There are some mistakes today that we need to clean up, but just proud of how our guys attack the week", Allen told the media.
