Two people are dead after a tractor-trailer rolled down an embankment and crushed a car on I-81 north in Moosic. The accident happened at 11:30pm last night and closed about a two mle stretch of I-81 northbound near the Davis Street exit. Newswatch 16 reports that many motorists were stuck in the traffic for hours Thursday morning as crews worked to clear the wreckage.
