Dickson City: The Circle Drive-In Adapted to the Pandemic and Some Residents Are Not Happy

When the pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to shut down.  Others remained open by adapting their business model. There is no better example of making the best of a bad situation than the Circle Drive-In in Dickson City.  When new movies stopped coming out, they built a stage and started hosting events.  

Some people in Dickson City aren't happy about the noise coming from the venue.
