An early morning fire in Wilkes Barre chased a dozen people from their home. The blaze started in a double-block home along Regent Street just after 4:30 a.m. this morning. Fire crews say two families were home at the time the fire started. Everyone made it out safely. The fire damaged the second and third floors of the home, and the American Red Cross is helping the families displaced by that early morning fire in Wilkes Barre.
