An 18 year old is behind bars accused of firing shots earlier this week in one part of Wilkes Barre. Police were called to the 100 block of North Sherman Street around 4. When they arrived witnesses say three people wearing black clothes and ski masks went to Emunah Manor Apartments. The shots were fired outside the complex then took off. One of the alleged suspects, Anthony Alston of Wilkes Barre was caught by police at nearby Sherman Hills. He's now in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on numerous charges and is being held without bail.
