A federal judge has dismissed a malicious prosecution lawsuit brought by the man know as the "Luzerne County Predator Catcher", finding that Kingston police had probable cause to arrest him on drug and resisting arrest charges that he later beat at trial. Musa Harris of Kingston claimed Kingston police made an "unlawful and unreasonable arrest" when they charged him with obstructing justice, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia in September 2019.
