3 people in custody following shooting in Lackawanna County

A shooting in Lackawanna County sent one person to the hospital and have 3 others in custody. According to reports, A large police presence formed at the intersection of Susquehanna Avenue and Nestor Shylack Drive in Olyphant around 8:30 p.m. Sunday for an alleged shooting investigation, Olyphant Police, State Police, and other local police departments shut down Susquehanna Avenue for an extended period and lined the area with police tape while they conducted the investigation. Police say a victim was flown to Geisinger Medical Center near Danville and three suspects are in custody; none have been identified. Last night’s shooting in Lackawanna County remains under investigation.
