Dozens of people were rescued after a power failure trapped them underground at a Lackawanna County tourist attraction. According to reports, more than 50 people were stuck several hundred feet underground when a mining car at the Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour lost power. Operators used a metal cage to pull everyone to the surface. Officials at the tourist site hope to have the mine car fixed in the next few days.
