Attempted murder charge file in NEPA road rage incident

An apparent road rage incident had a section of Interstate 380 north in Monroe County between the Tobyhanna & Gouldsboro exits shut down on Tuesday morning. According to reports, a woman was taken into custody after she allegedly shot a man in the face. The woman  was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, terrorist threats, and related charges, and locked up in the Monroe County Correctional Facility and will be arraigned this morning.
