* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 13 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...In New York, Tompkins, Tioga and Broome counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne and Wyoming counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
