The body of a 19 year old from New Jersey was recovered from the Delaware River Sunday morning. Crews had been searching for Jose Madera Martinez who, along with several others, were attempting to swim across the river from the New Jersey side Thursday night. His body was recovered about a mile downstream from where he was last seen.
