Charges have been dismissed against a Tunkhannock Area High School gym teacher who had been accused of inappropriate contact with male students. Testimony was to begin yesterday in a preliminary hearing for Ellen Marie Kuzma. A motion filed by her attorney argued the criminal complaint did not have enough information needed to support the charges against her, including any inappropriate messages on cell phones belonging to students. Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Vandine dismissed the case.
