Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-08) announced today that Scranton Police Detective Kyle Gilmartin will be his guest at the State of the Union Address on March 7 in Washington, D.C. Det. Gilmartin is recovering in a rehab facility near Philadelphia after being shot twice in the head after tracking down reports of gunfire in Scranton in the early hours of January 11.
