Facade falls off building in Scranton

The brick façade fell off of a building in Scranton late Thursday afternoon. According to reports, crews were called to the 1500 block of North Lincoln Avenue in West Scranton just before 4:30 p.m. for a reported house collapse. Crews found a large amount of bricks on the front of a building that fell off.  Units from both the Scranton Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene to investigate before Scranton Department of Public Works was called for cleanup. Officials say no one was hurt and that city inspectors will be investigating the cause of the incident in Scranton.
