A former internal investigator at the Lackawanna County Prison who was fired after only a few weeks into that role intends to file a whistleblower lawsuit against the county. Joseph Harris filed a writ of summons against Lackawanna County and the Lackawanna County Prison Board. The writ of summons filed by Harris indicates that he intends to file an employment-dispute lawsuit under the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Act.
