Scranton Police say former state Attorney General Kathleen Kane was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle crash at Moosic Street and Meadow Avenue in the city. Kane was taken into custody, processed and released on general impairment driving under the influence. Formal charges will now be filed.
