Bill Gaughan and Matt McGloin have secured the Democrat nominations for Lackawanna County Commissioner. Republican incumbent Chris Chermak and Diane Campbell captured the GOP nods. Incumbent Democrat Commissioner Jerry Notarianni could not overcome McGloin as the results came in.
