The investigation into a deadly crash in one part of Wayne County is underway. Pennsylvania State Police at Honesdale say two vehicles collided on Route 6 near Prompton Wednesday afternoon when one of the vehicles crossed over into the other lane and struck the other vehicle head-on. 86 year old Alice Varga was a passenger in one of the vehicles and she was killed in the crash. Three others were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries
