Local couple charged in abuse of foster child

What started back in July when a 13 year old foster child was reported missing, has led to two people in Luzerne County now facing child endangerment charges. According to arrest papers, Sean Williams and Dana Williams, both of Forty Fort allegedly beat the child and locked him in a basement for days without food. He was one of three foster children living in the home at the time and now all are in protective custody. The investigation is ongoing and more charges may be filed against the pair in the future.
