Lackawanna County SWAT arrested a man after he allegedly barricaded himself in the Dickson City Microtel and threatened to kill police. Officials say that officers from Dickson City, Blakely, Olyphant, and Throop were called to a domestic incident at the Main Street Microtel Friday at 9:30 p.m. Reports indicated a man, identified as Clarence Fields from Texas, barricaded himself in a room on the first floor of the building.
