PLYMOUTH, PA — A Luzerne County man is facing charges after allegedly holding two family members hostage at a home in Plymouth on Sunday night.
Plymouth Borough Police were dispatched to a residence on High Street just before 11 p.m. following a 911 call. According to police, 19-year-old Riley Young was reportedly holding two relatives hostage. One of the victims told police that Young had a gun and was threatening to kill them and others inside the home.
Young has been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and related offenses. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 15th.
