A man faces theft charges after allegedly stealing from a high school football team's booster club in Luzerne County. Police say Sterling Kepp stole more than $26,000 from the Nanticoke 12th Man Football Club, a booster organization that supports the Greater Nanticoke Area Varsity Football Team, while serving as the booster club's president. Investigators say Kepp later admitted to taking the money, saying he had a gambling addiction.
