A New York man entered a guilty plea to cheating at Mohegan Pennsylvania Casino. Louis Attilo Grasso of Pine Bush, NY pleaded guilty to trick or fraud before Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr. Grasso was fined $1, placed on two years probation and ordered to pay more than 20 thousand dollars in restitution to the casino. The table dealer, Jason Richard Kutney, of Bear Creek, previously pled guilty and was sentenced to one year probation in May 2023.
