The owners say it's time to find another owner who will keep the business which has been a staple in the community for almost 40 years. The asking price of 1.5million dollars not only includes the restaurant on St Ann's Street but an apartment building down the street , the restaurant's recipes and the help of the current owners until the new one fees comfortable in their new position.
