PA State Police Gibson arrested a man they say was involved in a murder for hire scheme. According to arrest papers, 61 year old Stephen Kaminsky is now behind bars in Susquehanna County facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder. According to investigators, Kamisky took money from a confidential informant, in exchange agreeing to murder a confidential informant's significant other.
