A man from Gouldsboro has been charged with setting two fires in Jessup. Michael Yuzkanin was arraigned yesterday on four counts of arson among others. Authorities allege he set fire to the former Library Pizza Restaurant and 3 other nearby structures on Fourth Avenue back in April. He's also charged with setting a fire at the vacant Gouldsboro Inn in April and considered a person of interest in others in Lehigh Township. He's being held in the Wayne County Correctional Facility.
