A Luzerne County teen faces attempted homicide charges following last week's drive by shooting in Nanticoke. John Carl Pierce of Wyoming is accused of firing multiple shots in the area of West Green & Maple Streets just after 7 last Friday night. State Police say a 14 year old boy was struck by the shots in his head and ankle. Pearce was arraigned early Wednesday morning and denied bail as he was deemed a flight risk and a danger to the community.
