President Joe Biden will be in Wilkes-Barre Tuesday, Aug. 30. It is the rescheduling of a trip that was canceled in July when he tested positive for COVID-19. As had been planned in July, the President is expected to give remarks at Wilkes University on his Safer America Plan to further reduce gun crime and save lives. No other details have been announced.
