Prosecutors have released more information into the investigation of what happened prior to the murders of a Plains Township couple and suicide of the alleged gunman. Witnesses say there had been a history of disputes between the neighbors who lived on Bergh Street. James and Lisa Goy were shoveling snow outside their home when Jeffrey Spaide became upset that snow was being thrwn onto his property. It's alleged Mr. Goy threw an item at Spaide, then approached him cocking his fist. Spaide went in his home and police say the Goys continued to yell at him and use obscene gestures. Seconds later Spaide returned with a gun and shot the couple. Authorities say he returned to the house, brought another weapon out and shot the Goys again. Spaide then went back in his home and turned the gun on himself. The D.A. says the investigation will be closed once a formal announcement on cause and manner of death is determine by the coroner,
