Pa. Supreme Court declines hearing predator catcher case

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will not use it's "King's Bench" to determine the legality of Luzerne County's prosecution of 4 men using evidence gathered through what critics called vigilantism.  The decision by the court allows those 4 criminal cases to move forward.  Defense attorneys for the 4 men claim evidence against their clients was presented by Musa Harris, who claims to be a predator catcher.
