In the wake of Tuesday's deadly crash on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County, PENNDOT is urging motorists to pull off the road, and stay in their vehicle, in the event they find themselves involved in an accident. PENNDOT also advises drivers passing any crash scene to move over to the next lane. Tuesday's fatal crash claimed the lives of 5 members of the same family from New York State after they exited their vehicles and were struck by a tractor trailer.
