A pocket park in downtown Scranton is expected to be completed by the end of summer according to Scranton Tomorrow. The planned park at Wyoming Avenue and Linden Street has been under construction since March. Plans for the green space include a gazebo, water and lighting. The effort is a joint project of the nonprofit Scranton Tomorrow economic development organization, the city and Lackawanna County.
