Icy conditions persist in Northeast Pennsylvania this afternoon. Sleet continues to fall in parts of the area, motorists are urged to use caution if you must travel. There are hundreds of people without power in the region. PPL's online outage map shows more than 1,000 affected. Ice on trees and power lines are causing problems.
