The Pennsylvania State Police paid tribute yesterday to four troopers who lost their lives in the line of duty over the last three years. The outdoor memorial service was attended by several hundred troopers, cadets and members of the public, and was the first service held in-person since the COVID-19 pandemic began. Plaques bearing the names of fallen troopers and other memorial items were presented to the families of Troopers Donald Brackett, Dung Martinez, Martin Mack and Branden Sisca. The four fallen troopers were honored with a eulogy, rifle sounding, bagpipes and drums.
