Officials with The Earth Conservancy are looking for those responsible for dumping tires in one part of Luzerne County. They are offering a $2500 reward for information regarding some 150 tires found dumped near a tributary of Nanticoke Creek in Hanover Township near the entrace to Earth Conservancy's Truesdale property on Front Street. The tires are now blocking the creek channel across from the entrance to Concrete City. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Earth Conservancy.
