A Scranton man, 29-year-old Afroyem Moskowitz, is facing criminal charges following a shots-fired incident on Monday afternoon in Lackawanna County's South Abington Township. Police report that Moskowitz, who identified himself as the maintenance manager of the former Clarks Summit University property, allegedly fired several shots at a group of boys who were riding e-bikes on the grounds. Following the confrontation, Moskowitz was charged with multiple offenses, including reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats.
