An important part of this year's St. Patrick's Day Parade in Scranton will be dedicated to Scranton Police Detective Kyle Gilmartin. Danny King, the Director of the Brian P. Kelly Memorial 2 mile foot race said the proceeds from this year's race will be donated to Gilmartin and his family. Gilmartin is recovering after being shot and seriously wounded in an ambush in West Scranton on January 11th.
