Surge in home sales across Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors’ recent housing market report shows a surge in home sales across the Commonwealth. The report indicates a 35% surge in April with over 9,000 homes sold compared to just over 6,500 in February. The report also shows nearly a 22% increase in the number of homes listed for sale from February to April. The association says it's always best to work with a licensed Realtor when searching for or selling a home.
