Terence Ray, the man accused of murdering and burning 39-year-old Jessica Lockwood, has been captured. Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce confirmed that Ray has been taken into custody. Sanguedolce did not immediately specify where the arrest took place. 55 year old Terence Ray, of Muir Avenue in Hazleton, is charged with an open count of homicide and other charges. An autopsy found Lockwood died before she was set on fire and attributed her death to a gunshot wound and blunt force trauma and ruled her death a homicide. Police believe Ray murdered the woman at his home, where they say they found a pool of blood and the victim's stud earring that was missing from her body.
