A Swoyersville woman has been sentenced to prison for stealing over $16,000 from a now-defunct Federal Credit Union. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that 48-year-old Nicole Hilstolsky of Swoyersville was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment and two years of supervised release by Senior United States District Judge Robert D. Mariani. Hilstolsky pleaded guilty in December to one count of theft by a credit union employee.
