The Pennsylvania Attorney General announced that a statement has been issued to review voter registration forms in several Pennsylvania counties. According to Attorney General Michelle Henry, the attempts to submit fraudulent voter registration forms in Berks, Lancaster, Monroe, and York counties have been defeated. Attorney General Henry notes that they are working with those counties to investigate who is responsible for this conduct. This investigation is regarding voter registration forms, not ballots, as stated in the release. This is an ongoing investigation and offenders who perpetrated acts of fraud will be held accountable under the law. Anyone who believes they properly registered to vote and is not on the books on Election Day is entitled to fill out a provisional ballot.
