A drug investigation in one part of Luzerne County has led to the arrests of two people. Police say large quantities of various drugs were seized from a residence. The joint investigation was conducted by The Dallas Township Police Department and Kingston Township Police Department along with the Luzerne County Drug Task Force. Police say Theodore Goetz and Rebecca Shiner, both 38 from Shavertown, were arrested for their involvement in the distribution of methamphetamine. Both suspects are currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
