Two teens have been arrested in connection to a shooting incident in Scranton earlier this month. According to reports, US Marshals, state police, Scranton police, and the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office arrested a 17-year-old and 18-year-old Shamell Fearon on Thursday in connection to the shots fired on the night of March 8th that struck a home with more than a dozen people inside. Fearon was charged with aggravated assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment, and firearm offenses, and is currently locked in Lackawanna County Prison. The 17-year-old is charged as an adult with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and conspiracy to discharge a firearm into an occupied structure. He is also in the county prison.
