
U.S. Marshals have captured a man wanted in connection with a daylight shootout that took place near King's College in Wilkes-Barre last month. 20-year old Syncire Nickens of Wilkes-Barre is wanted on aggravated assault and related charges stemming from the gun battle that erupted in the area of North Main and North streets in March. Marshals captured Nickens in Raleigh, North Carolina late yesterday. He is being held in a Detention Center with bail set at $1point 1 million dollars pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
